Our products are of the digital products delivered instantly (activation keys), they can not be “returned” as a physical product.
1. Principle
Once the key has been delivered, the sale is considered final.
However, a refund may be granted only in the specific cases below.
2. If eligible for a refund
A refund may be granted if :
- the key provided is disabled or does not work, and
- the application is made in the 24 hours following the purchase, and
- you provide evidence to diagnose the problem (screenshots of the error message, steps)
3. Case not eligible
No refund will be granted if :
- the key has been successfully activated
- the error is due to a mismatch (wrong version, wrong product selected, configuration is non-compliant)
- the request is beyond 24 hours
- there is a suspicion of abuse, fraud, or attempt to re-use
4. Procedure
Send an email to support@instantkeypro.com with :
- order number
- email used during the purchase
- screen shots of the error message
- quick description of the steps taken
We usually respond with 24–48 working hours.
5. Repayment period
If the refund is approved :
- it is initiated under 5 to 7 working days
the period of the appearance on your account depends on your bank/provider
